While Bobby was away in China, my friend Lauren came to visit! I know Lauren from when we interned together at PwC in Boston (she's also a good friend of Mimi's from Holy Cross) and her and her husband Dan just moved over to Stuttgart, Germany a few months ago. She was only here for a couple days, but we managed to do all the usual sightseeing hot-spots, plus some! We did the Tower of London tour (where they keep the Crown Jewels - I want some), went on a pub crawl in Hampstead and watched the Red Bull Flugtag in Hyde Park (people make floats and push them off a cliff to see which one travels the farthest before hitting the water). So good to catch up and I can't wait to visit them in Germany next!
